The high-level event COP28 placed the spotlight on Kosovo commitment to decarbonization and its proactive role in the international climate conversation. The event which took place in the NDC partnership pavilion, was an opportunity to hear the vision of President Vjosa Osmani and Minister of Environment Spatial Planning and Infrastructure Liburn Aliu, including Kosovo ambitious goal to have 30% renewables by 2030 and become carbon-neutral by 2050.
